Return Guarantee

This return guarantee (“Guarantee”) is offered by TinyMobileRobots Australia Pty Ltd (“TMR”) to eligible customers who purchase a robot directly from TMR Australia. 

1. Who is Eligible?

This Guarantee applies only to direct B2B customers, including clubs, associations, and  institutions, who: 

– Place an order directly from TMR

– Receive installation by a TMR technician 

Distributors and resale customers are excluded. 

2. What Does the Guarantee Cover?

The customer may return the purchased robot at no cost and with no risk, provided:

– The return is requested within 2 months of the installation date (defined as the date a TMR employee performs the initial setup on site)

– The product is returned in a clean, maintained, and undamaged condition, showing only  normal wear from fair use in accordance with the user manual

3. Return Procedure

– The customer must notify TMR in writing at order@tinymobilerobots.com before the 2 month deadline

– TMR will arrange and cover the return shipping and logistics

– The customer must ensure the robot is ready for collection in proper condition, cleaned and safely packed

4. Assessment and Refund

– Once returned, the robot will be inspected for compliance with fair use and maintenance  standards

– If the robot is found excessively damaged or neglected, TMR may reduce the refunded amount accordingly

– Full or partial refunds will be processed within 14 days of return acceptance

– TMR needs to provide documentation for damage or negligence of the robot

5. Other Terms

– This Guarantee does not affect statutory rights under applicable law

– TMR reserves the right to withdraw or amend the campaign for future purchases without  notice
